As the domination of Vogan Prime begins, each faction have established their base districts and the bitter battles for territory have spilled onto the streets.
The following Base Districts were claimed:
- Mercantile Pleasure District (East) - Sync
- Cartel House Dwellings - Francesco
- Trading Houses - Ben "Nniten'ichi" San
- Administrative Quarter- Dulydude
- Basilica Imperalis - Fued Oner
- Fortification 3 - Severoth
- HAB Epsilon
- HAB Alpha
- HAB Gamma
After establishing their base districts, each faction sought desperately to expand their territory, and the following districts were claimed:
- Severoth (Aleph) claimed the ruins of District 21 over Ben "Nniten'ichi" San (Japanese Sectorial)
- Francesco (Nomads) claimed the sewers of District 3 over Fued Oner (Aleph)
- Dulydude (Japanese Sectorial) claimed the sewers of the Mercantile Pleasure District (West) over Sync (Military Orders)
